We accept most traditional insurance plans. However, we are not affiliated with Health Maintenance Organizations (HMO’s) or Preferred Provider Organizations (PPO's). Please contact your insurance company to verify that you will have insurance coverage at our office.

Payments
Payment is expected at the time of service. This includes any co-pays and deductibles. We will submit your insurance for you. We accept personal checks, Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express. For patients with no insurance, we offer at 5% courtesy discount for pre-payment of services or day-of payment by cash or check.
We also offer Care Credit, a health care credit card, allowing interest-free payments for up to one year. You may apply at our office or online at www.carecredit.com. Financial consultations are included at no charge and other options may be available.
